Birthday gift for my son-in-law, who loves it. They set it up and played in right away.

This set is just what I hoped for. The craftsmanship is solid and the wood feels great to the touch. Many days will be spent throwing these blocks around the yard!

Very well made. We are working on getting used to the rules, but our skills improved fast (I won!). I am contemplating whether to paint the tops of the cubbs red or blue. I particularly appreciate getting six boundary stakes and that the ends of the batons are nicely rounded. Suggestion: in the directions give us the layout lengths in feet as well as meters. Americans are not real bright when it comes to meters. :-)

Smooth, unfinished surfaces will give way to the action of playing Kubb. Grass stains and hard hits will reveal the fun had with this truly great lawn/yard game. It has long been a pastime with friends and family and having a new quality set sets the tone for summer.
