We saw this game being played while we were on vacation in Stockholm, Sweden. Before we even arrived home we found it online and bought the best quality version we could find. We host a Norwegian athlete in our home during the hockey season and he is teaching us how to play. So much fun! The set is amazing quality, beautiful and we love that it has a great carry bag.
The classic kubb set and its carrying tote is high quality. Some edges could use a very slight sanding.
This set came promptly, and was very well packaged. Hardwood is beautiful and my husband loved this as a Father's Day gift. We look forward to using this set for many years to come!

Very well made. We are working on getting used to the rules, but our skills improved fast (I won!). I am contemplating whether to paint the tops of the cubbs red or blue. I particularly appreciate getting six boundary stakes and that the ends of the batons are nicely rounded. Suggestion: in the directions give us the layout lengths in feet as well as meters. Americans are not real bright when it comes to meters. :-)
Smooth, unfinished surfaces will give way to the action of playing Kubb. Grass stains and hard hits will reveal the fun had with this truly great lawn/yard game. It has long been a pastime with friends and family and having a new quality set sets the tone for summer.
